1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The 5858bet offers regular promotions for both new and existing players. The specific conditions for each promotion are published on its corresponding page. The general terms that apply to all bonuses are:

• Every bonus is subject to a rollover (minimum betting volume) before the balance can be converted into withdrawable funds;
• Bonuses have an expiration date — bonuses that go unused or whose rollover is not completed within the deadline are automatically canceled;
• Bets that result in cancellation, a draw, or that carry odds below the minimum defined in the promotion do not count toward the rollover;
• Each promotion may specify eligible markets, sports, or games — bets placed outside those criteria do not count toward the rollover;
• The 5858bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

Welcome Bonus: 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The minimum eligible deposit is R$ 20.00 via Pix. The standard rollover is 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 calendar days.

The 5858bet may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with at least 24 hours' prior notice where possible. Promotions are not stackable unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Betting Rules

Bets placed on 5858bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana), volleyball, NBB basketball, tennis, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except through the cash out feature when available;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00 per ticket;
• Clear odds-publishing errors — such as odds significantly off-market due to a technical fault — will be corrected and affected bets will be voided with the staked amount refunded;
• Bets on matches that started before the scheduled time may be canceled by the platform;
• In the event of a draw on markets with no draw option (1x2), the bet is void and the stake is returned;
• For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections stay valid and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

Canceled or postponed events: if an event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets are void and stakes are returned. If an event is postponed to within 48 hours of the original start time, bets remain valid. Postponements exceeding 48 hours result in bet cancellation and return of stakes.

Cash out: cash out allows the user to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated by the platform based on current odds. Cash out may be full or partial where available. 10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Account Closure

• Open bets remain valid until the final result;
